Dr. Courtney Camillus is the founder and CEO of Camillus Trial Consulting. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology, magna cum laude, from Ohio Wesleyan University, and received her Ph.D. in psychology from The Ohio State University. Dr. Camillus runs every aspect of the firm, working with attorneys to conduct focus groups and mock trials, assisting with witness preparation and theme development, and actively participating in creating voir dire questions and selecting a jury at trial. Dr. Camillus has developed her own, proprietary psychological assessment that she uses with focus group and mock jury participants, which provides invaluable insight and empirical evidence to aid attorneys in knowing what jurors they need to avoid.

Sheila holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA, with honors, from Boston University. In her early career in financial services, she advanced to become a vice president at Merrill Lynch, where her role included active involvement in HR.
